The Old House:

Open plan sitting room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast bar, leading to verandah. Shower room with WC. Open wooden stairs to the upper floor with sitting hall to one double bedroom (Bedroom 1) and two twin-bedded rooms (Bedrooms 2 & 3), large bathroom with bath.

The Guest House: Has one two-bedded room & bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Exposed beams, stone-flagged floors, antique brass beds, and antique furnishing from 1870 - 1940 from the town of Lefkada and the village of Pigadissani, colourful hand-made rugs, give a character of a refined country house. A large verandah, with a central mulberry tree and a built-in barbecue to the side, provides attractive sitting and dining areas with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.

The guest house is located beside the pool terrace.

Availability calendar:

Minimum stay one week or upon availability.
Prices are in euros per week including cleaning and linen (once a week, on the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and Wi-Fi internet.
Taxes and fees may be applied on the top of prices based on legislation.
The jacuzzi bath is on the exclusive use with the Guest House.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
More children or adults (max. 2), can sleep on the sofas in the sitting room with extra charge and must be confirmed by the management.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
Electricity is free up to 80KWH / week. More than 80 KWH the cost is 0.45 Euros / KWH.
Extra cleaning and linen are upon request.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.
